As we celebrate the EDC’s 20th anniversary and journey into the next decade, there is much to be grateful for and much work to be done in the year ahead. Hundreds of businesses experienced intense economic injury due to the COVID-19 pandemic with significant business closures and job loss, yet ironically, the community has also seen historic growth in the real estate, housing construction, industrial and commercial development, manufacturing, distribution and healthcare sectors.
