A labor shed analysis is defined as where workers work and where workers live relative to a user-defined selection area. In 2021, the development community discovered all the great things our county and cities had to offer. In 2022, dirt started turning on numerous projects! We also saw multiple project completions in 2022, even with supply chain issues slowing things down a bit. The dozen 2022 EDC projects highlighted in this year's report are geographically widespread, spanning from St. Lucie Boulevard in north county to Becker Road in southern Port St. Lucie.
