Kings Highway Jobs Corridor Initiative - Phase I Report

The EDC, in partnership with the City of Fort Pierce and the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority, launched the Kings Highway Jobs Corridor Initiative in late 2024. Working with the District Planning Group, the first phase report and recommendations were completed in August and an economic impact analysis is currently underway. The goal of the initiative is to bring a coordinated and focused approach to attracting high-quality employers to this growing part of the county.
